A valid driver's licence (Australian or international with official translation), credit card in the driver's name, and proof of current address. Corporate bookings may substitute company authorisation letter.
Our standard minimum is 24 hours. For shorter requirements, please contact us directly to discuss half-day arrangements which may be available depending on fleet scheduling.
Yes, we offer delivery and collection within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Additional charges apply based on distance from our standard collection points. Hotel and office delivery is frequently arranged.
Comprehensive insurance is included with all bookings, covering vehicle damage and third party liability. Excess reduction options are available at booking. Corporate accounts may utilise company fleet insurance.
Travel within Queensland is included. Interstate travel to New South Wales and beyond requires prior notification and may incur additional charges. Some vehicle categories have specific territorial restrictions.
Minimum driver age is 25 years. Drivers aged 25-30 may be subject to young driver surcharge on certain vehicle categories. No upper age limit applies with valid licence and medical clearance if requested.
