Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website

Vehicle Hire Terms

The following terms apply to all vehicle hire arrangements with Tundra-Mink:

Eligibility

• Drivers must be at least 25 years of age
• A valid driver's licence must be held for a minimum of 2 years
• International drivers must provide licence with official English translation where required
• A credit card in the driver's name is required for all bookings

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are indicative until booking confirmation
• A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle collection
• Payment is due at the commencement of the hire period unless corporate account terms apply

Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before collection: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before collection: 50% of hire fee retained
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings with full refund due to unforeseen circumstances

Vehicle Use

Hired vehicles must be used in accordance with the following conditions:

• Only authorised drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle
• Vehicles must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles
• Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangement is made
• Vehicles must not be used for racing, competition, or off-road driving
• Interstate travel requires prior notification and approval

Insurance and Liability

• Comprehensive insurance is included with all bookings
• Standard excess applies in the event of damage or accident
• Excess reduction options are available at additional cost
• Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence or breach of terms
• You are liable for any damage caused by breach of these terms

Return of Vehicle

• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location
• Late returns incur additional charges at the daily rate plus administration fee
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected
• Fuel should be replaced to the level at collection, or refuelling charges apply

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tundra-Mink or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
